Privacy Policy
Last updated: [DD Month YYYY]
This policy explains what happens to the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website. It covers that form only — we do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or newsletters on this site.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is KFM Cyber LTD, trading as CYBER SYSTEMS — reg. no. [registration no.], [street address], [city], [country].
For any question about this policy or your data, write to mail@cybersystems.website.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- The description of your situation that you write in the message field
- Technical details attached automatically to the submission: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission
The technical details are collected to detect and block automated spam submissions. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, special-category data (health, political opinions, and similar) or payment details through this form.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website usable and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to us by email and stored in our mailbox. That means it is processed by the providers that run our website and email on our behalf, under contracts that restrict them to processing it for us:
- [Hosting provider], [country] — website hosting
- [Email/SMTP provider], [country] — sending and storing the notification email
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where we are legally required to.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
If the enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it within [X months]. If it does, we keep the correspondence for the duration of the engagement and for [X years] afterwards, to meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
- Delete it
- Restrict how we use it
- Send it to you, or to another provider, in a portable format
- Stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest
Email mail@cybersystems.website and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies used are the ones required for the site to function and to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
